Use a prepaid VISA card. In my country (Germany) now is possible to apply for anybody.

Since they also take bancrupt people, students, jobless people as long as these people pay their (expensive) card fees, it should also be possible for you.

But is it really worth it? I gave up the normally-priced credit cards 3 years ago, because was in total just supporting a useless and expensive system, which was luring me to stupid bargains.
