Is it legal to scan business cards from restaurants and post them on my Web site?

Question: I would like to create a Web site to write my reviews of restaurants I visit. Usually restaurants have generic business cards with their coordinates and maybe a map to their location. I would like to know if it is legal to scan such cards and post them on my Web site.

You'd be smart to get their written permission first. They might not own the map artwork and whoever created could sue you.
