You can get free software from www.avery.com
They have pre-designed layouts and you can also start from scratch.
Make sure you purchase the Print to Edge business cards (laser if at all possible). To me, they look better and more professional.

If you have Windows XP Professional, there is one program called Microsoft Publisher. It has designing program for business card there.
If you have got Microfost Word then insert Table with 3 columns and some 8/10 rows. Type your text in one cell, color and format that. Now copy and paste the text to all cells on the page. Take a print out and cut the cards separately. However if you want professionally made cards then you can contact me. :)
