talk to your bank. They can set you up
just use paypal, paypal is widely known, more trusted and cheaper
USE SERVICES LIKE PAYPAL , E-GOLD OR STORMPAY
I used Payquake.com - it was horrible, not recommended. Then later I used chargetoday.com, it was much better, I recommend them.
I don't worry about the rates at all; I set up my business so half a % doesn't make any difference to my bottom line.
