There are programs that come with most printers, that allow you to do things like that.
If you can print out your own (business cards are a little tricky to line up), you can get a huge selection at Office Depot, Staples, Hallmark Cards outlets, and even try C/Net for packages.
Frankly, your main problem as I see it is what quality paper you want to use, and sizes.
Don't forget to look for matching envelopes--and (this is getting fancy, indeed) matching Post-em like note pads.
HOW ABOUT SEASONAL COLOR COMBOS, TOO?
You could tie all this together with a cool "logo" with/without your picture that can be assembled in any art program of your initials set up like a monogram. Your choice of fonts, you know, reflect your ancestorial hertiage or nation of origin, your main hobby, a beloved pet, etc.
