There used to be a printing store on University Place in Greenwich Village that had a vending machine where for a mere $7+ you could design and get your own business cards within minutes. The store closed years ago, and I've never been able to find another store with that vending machine. If anyone knows where one is, ideally in Manhattan, but Brooklyn or Queens is ok too, please let me know.

www.overnightprints.com.
They have the best, I use them all the time because the cards come laminated by default. Unlike the crappy vistaprint stuff that you can get at their website.
Definitely go with overnight prints.
