http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/defaul... Click on templates and search for business cards. They have over 100 templates available for download. All you have to do is copy and paste your graphics and choose whatever color schemes you'd like.
I don't know if you will actually find a site that will do that for you. You can always use photoshop, corel, etc. to make them yourself. If you want I could help you with that, just PM me
I use www.vistaprint.com for my business cards - you can upload your own info or use some of their standard ones. Hope that helps!
i think my old copy of either word perfect or Microsoft word had a template with jpg to choose from, just click file/new and they should have a list of available templates, or try the wizard.
You can do this good enough with Word or PowerPoint.
