Does anyone know how i would add my electronic business card to my e-mails i have microsoft express and sbc?
Question:
Answer:
In Outlook Express go to Tools Options. Select the Signatures tab and start creating a New signature by pressing the button.
You name the signature in the upper box and specify the signature content in the lower box. When you have more than one signature, you can specify which is the default. When you write a message, you Insert the Signature you want manually or change it from the default on the message's menu.
You can specify whether to add signatures to all outgoing messages on the Tools Options page. If you don't select all, then you can manually add a signature to any message.
On the Tools Options, once you start creating the new Signature, you can point to your stored signature file by hitting the Browse button and finding the file. If it's a .gif or .jpg, just point to it. If it's an .html file, all contents like gifs and jpgs have to be in folders associated with the html.
Once you have named the Signature, pointed to it using the Browse button and selected whether to attach it by default to all messages, just hit OK (or Apply if you want to create more).
Some signatures are distributed as .exe files. The executable actually attaches to the applications you specify. The executable has its own instructions.
