uh, You can make a myspace. It works like a charm.
at work i use corel draw X3. its a relatively easy program to learn and it has the templates i need for all our company flyers and business cards.
Microsoft works should work.

There are many share and free ware programs out there on the net or any goo Desktop Publishing program will do the job.
I'm a designer so I use Photoshop, InDesign, or QuarkXpress. You can use Word, or Publisher also though.
Microsoft Publisher has loads of templates that you can work with, it's great.

they say that Adobe Illustrator is easier to learn, but the majority still prefers Quark Xpress.
