Question: WHAT SHOULD I SET MY SECURITY SETTINGS ON SO I CAN DOWNLOAD THE FREE BUSINESS CARDS FROM VISTA PRINT? HOW CAN I TELL WHAT INTERNET BROWSER I HAVE? I KNOW IT IS MICROSOFT BUT WHAT NUMBER? THANK YOU

The problem is that you don't download the business cards from vistaprint...You order them, and then they ship them to you.

Your security setting in Internet Options should be Medium and no higher than Medium High. I keep mine at the Default settings by clicking the Default setting buttons for them.
