I cancelled my yahoo small business acct, will they stop billing my credit card? even tho the account doesnot?

Question: had a site on yahhoo to advertise my chihuahua dogs for sale and now no longer sell dogs but i saw in acct info that the site or acct did not expire till 2009, will cancel credit card before i contnue to pay $11.00 a month till 2009
