What are the requirements for starting a heating and cooling business in Idaho, if I got my HVAC card already?

Question: I got my HVAC card already so what I need to know is if I can open a business doing heating and cooling or is there some type of pre requisit's I need to take care of first? Do I need a certain amount of years exp. to be able to start up?

Answer:
Get a dba license from city hall for about $100. Pass the contractor's test. If you know other general contractors they will sign for youy that you know what you're doing. Usually the department of consumer affairs controls contractor licensing. Look on line.
