Can you help me? I am printing my own business cards and I don't know what my paper settings should be.?

Question:
I live in Switzerland and have purchased paper by Europe 100. They are 86mm x 54mm, two columns, five rows (so ten cards per page). The ID number is EDP001. I cannot find anything out about this paper and it is driving me crazy. Can someone please help?

Answer:
If you have Word:

open a new Word document
cl Tools
cl Envelopes and Labels
cl Options
cl the down arrow and select 3612 Business Card
cl o.k.
You will get a blank business card (look to the bottom right, it will indicate that it is a business card.)
In the box, type your information.
click New Document
IMMEDIATELY, SAVE AS - give your business card a name.
It will save as a Word document.

All you have to do now is purchase Avery's 3612 business cards and print. To be sure they line up correctly and avoid wasting your business cards, print a copy on a regular sheet of paper. If o.k., you're in business. You can check this printout against the paper you have on hand by putting your printed copy on top of one of the sheets of Europe 100 and hold them against a light.
Ok, it took me a while to track down, but:

I have found similar paper to yours but not the exact one and it would seem that you need to have some Business Card creation software.

This can be done in Word, as the first answer says, but you can also get software designed for the job.

Design Pro is from Avery and available FREE from download.com:

Using this to create sheets of ten Business Cards should give you what you need. Be aware that you first sheet or two, may print wrong, until you get the paper alignment just right (A4).
