Microsoft has templates you can download to Word. If you do not have Word then go to Avery.com. Good Luck!
try www.vistaprint.co.uk they will print you some basic ones free, you just pay postage. Gloss finish etc is extra, but they are really good value.
I just went through the same process of trying to find a good quality and relaible card printer. After searching a lot, I went with Prints Made Easy and was amazed at the company. Their web site allows you to change, modify and do just about anything to their stock templates and come up with a great design. A lot of other companies let you modify their templates but only within their own structure.
You can do a two sided version and add just about anything you want, place it anywhere, rotate stuff and even upload your own artwork. Got my cards in record time as well.
