Hefty postage charges but if you don't mind having a vistaprint ad on the back of each card, they work out quite cheap.
Personally I do mind these ads so I pay a bit extra to have a blank reverse side.
There is probably a printer of stationery near where you live, or in the nearest town. Look in a local business or telephone directory. Search yell.com: http://www.yell.com/ucs/homepageaction.d... Being face to face with a printer will give you more control over the format and layout of your business cards.

It's about $30 for 1000 Front and Back full color glossy photo business cards.
I've been having them do my cards for a year now and I don't have any complaints. :)
