I'm sure you've seen the 10% off an oil change or free appetizer type of cards. How can someone do that? What is the incentive for the business offering the discount? I already know where to find the custom discount cards. What is the behind the scenes negotiations? Does the business offering the discount get any money or is it just advertising on the card and it's promotion? Any help on this would be much appreciated.
