Does anyone know a good business card maker that I can download for free that is compatible with windows vista

Question: I've tried a few off the internet and they won't download because they aren't compatible with windows vista. Please if you know of any thing let me know.because windows vista is the devil and it's irritating that nothing I find will work with it.
