no wild colors either blue black red crisp colors no purples or yellows neons
hope this helped

mine is all in black lettering and i have nothing in the corner
my company name is in an arch /rainbow shape around the top of the card and i do not have my addy on the card
i had them made up when i still worked from home and did not have an office
Proofread it carefully. Are your name, title, address, business, phone number, email, web address correct?

The ideal card is informative, accurate, and makes someone who could be your customer or client want to keep it.
Just keep it simple and easy to read - With a dashing personal touch - A little color will bring attention to it also - Keep certain things private like home phone number
these should be clear and legible.
the person who is given the bcard should immediately know who you are and what you do... don't make them guess...
the color combo should be good.
the font colors should not blend w the background.
as much as possible, use large fonts. do not use cursive fonts... lots of nice fonts out there to choose from.
nice stiff paper is recommended.
follow standard bcard size... 2"x3.5", too small, it would look odd, too big, it won't fit in your wallet. either potrait or landscape layout.
not too much words... it's not a book.
always put the contact address and numbers(phone/ mobile/ email/ fax)
Don't put too much information it, you want the customer to have your business name, phone number, e-mail address and fax. Slap on a logo so it can burn into your customer's brains lol depending on what business you're in you might need to add what you do but DO NOT get carried away. The less they have to read the better. If you're getting business cards printed up I can do 'em! I work in a Screen Printing Shop.
