What is the best way to sort Business Cards?

Question: I need to find a way to sort business cards so that it would be easy to retrieve any of them.

Answer:
use a business card reader to convert the information on the card to text in a database or even an spreadsheet.. then append relavent information you know about each individual/business. at that point, the program will give you options for searching and sorting the data.
